Our Story

Founded in 1974 as Advertising Concepts Incorporated, ADCON has built a strong tradition of longevity, loyalty and leadership. In 2015, long-time employees Rob Kinkelaar and Spencer Jorgensen bought the company and are carrying it forward with vast knowledge and experience, as well as a dedicated, talented team of about 50 highly skilled and trained shop craftspeople and front-line staff. With this new direction, ADCON is breaking the mold to bring creative ideas, leading-edge technology and novel approaches to sign manufacturing and fabrication and installation.

ADCON believes that great signage not only builds brands and businesses but also communities and families. The national sign company is committed to practicing 5S lean manufacturing principles for high-quality products with low environmental impact while building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships by listening to and learning from clients and their project teams.
